Founder of Under Armour sponsored gym studio, PFC Studio, Jeremy has been heavily involved in Malaysia's fitness scene for over a decade. Driven by an insatiable desire to cultivate educated fitness, Jeremy genuinely seeks to help trainers keep up with the latest scientifically backed training methods and principles.
Joel
Specialising in strength and conditioning, Joel has been working with athletes for more than half a decade. Formerly a Bukit Jalil junior national rugby player, Joel now develops and coaches athletes from various sporting backgrounds such as former Malaysian Waterski athlete and current national coach, Phillipa Yoong, who has bagged Gold at the Asian Championships as well as 2 Golds and 1 Silver at the SEA Games.
Jayna
PFC Studio's first team member has come a long way in her journey with us as well as with fitness. From a former state basketball player to a Business Finance degree holder, Jayna eventually found her way into the fitness scene where her strength lies in her passion and desire to help people is being utilized to its maximum potential. Before joining PFC Studio, she had little knowledge regarding fitness. She believes that moving well is the key to living well.

What will I do during each personal training session?
At PFC, we take a methodical approach to training where each training session will start off with a foam-rolling session to prepare the body for the workout, before moving on to your exercise programmes, and finished with a cool-down on the Power Plate machine.

Each client will go through this training phase: stabilization, strength and power, so you can be sure that your sessions will not only be fun but effective and most importantly, you will be working with experienced, knowledgeable trainers.
How long are your personal training programmes? When can I train?
We do not have a set duration of the training programme but rather work with our clients with duration they have. Based on the duration given, issues and goals, we will create a suitable training programme. That being said, results do not come overnight.

It is a joint effort and we believe that it is vital to build a strong foundation (to ensure muscle imbalances, if any, are fixed; building a strong structural base, etc.) before moving on to the next stage of training. Our training programmes are designed to ensure clients achieve their goals in a save, pain-free journey.

Training is on appointment basis so we will work around your available time and frequency.
